My Story
Deeply drawn to the mystery of God, I am a trained Spiritual Director and Life Coach with over 20 years experience of ministry within the Church of England.
Bending myself out of shape to fit into a patriarchal church, I spent many years feeling a deep dis-ease with the church's suppression of women and the Sacred Feminine.
This led me on a journey of remembrance and integration, rediscovering who I was beneath patriarchal conditioning - remembering my name - and integrating the Sacred Feminine with the Divine Masculine in my life of faith.
My Approach
In a world obsessed with selling packages with predetermined outcomes - promises of how you will feel and what you will be able to do at the end of a set period of time - I choose a different energy.
I believe that every person is a unique expression of Divine brilliance and that spiritual accompaniment offers a journey of discovery, a sacred unfolding, a space for revelation and remembering, with no single destination other than the freedom to explore and grow into the fullness of Self.
It is my honour to walk alongside sisters on this journey as spiritual midwife, encourager and friend, helping them reconnect with their deepest selves, encounter the mystery, integrate the Sacred Feminine and Divine Masculine in their lives of faith and live life with a growing sense of abundance, joy and possibility.
I do this by combining the ancient ministry of Spiritual Direction with contemporary Life Coaching and skills learned from the many other trainings I have attended over the years. My work primarily involves listening, reflecting and asking questions, so that those I accompany are able to find the answers they seek within themselves.
